  19. Tape measure: tape is necessary to measure anything; it could extend up to 5 meters in length.
  20. Circuit tester: this is a simple, handy device used for checking circuits for continuity.
  21. Multi meter: it also helps to test the continuity of the course and could perform voltage checks.
  22. Open-ended spanner set: these are essential for a home in the plumber's tool kit, by an electrician you will need to lose lots of nuts and bolts. Spending in good quality spanner will end up to many years.
